Dealing with Mood Problems in the Workplace (Dan Bilsker, PhD, RPsych, Merv Gilbert, PhD, RPsych, and Joti Samra, PhD, RPsych) is a self-care manual focus on workplace problems that lead to depression and depressed mood. It helps manage and reduce depressed mood, and provides step-by-step skills training approach to reduce the effects of depression and depressed mood on work satisfaction and performance.
